Firm obtained summary judgment for equipment financer client, defeating debtors’ arguments that creditor client’s disposition of collateral was not conducted in a commercially reasonable manner and without proper notice.  Although commercial reasonableness is ordinarily an issue of fact precluding summary judgment, this victory demonstrates that summary judgment can be obtained where the motion is properly supported with admissible evidence.
