Marc A. Primack

Marc Primack has extensive experience assisting businesses with a variety of legal issues. He has assisted clients in various areas that include financial matters (including securities and state and local tax issues), real estate, product distribution, unfair competition, liability insurance, and immigration matters.

Marc attempts to help clients solve problems and achieve their goals.

Marc has focused much of his time on business and banking litigation and issues. He works closely with in-house attorneys and others on secured transactions and disputes and on retail banking issues that arise as banks provide day to day services to their customers. He also helps clients negotiate acquisitions and distribution agreements that give them access to the US market. He also works on immigration matters, and has assisted multinational businesses in obtaining business visas and in transferring personnel around the world. He also helps individuals with immigration filings, including for visas and authorizations to work in the US.

Marc’s contributions to those in need were recognized when he received the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Foundation Distinguished Service Award in 2013. He represents individuals through legal clinics in both litigated and non-litigated matters. He has served for more than 20 years as an Arbitrator in the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Program. He resides in Wilmette, Illinois with his wife. They have two children.
