Biography
Eric Baumgart is an experienced trial attorney who believes in the importance of advocating for his clients and addressing their specific needs.
An experienced litigator with a strong background in both trial work and dispute resolution; he has successfully handled a wide range of civil matters, including multiple cases that have gone to trial with positive outcomes for his clients. He has also settled hundreds of cases for positive results and believes immensely in the benefits of alternative dispute resolution.
He has experience advising businesses of all sizes, from small family businesses to established companies, on both transactional matters and business disputes. This includes contract negotiation, risk management, and representation in litigation.
In his free time, Eric is a big fan of Chicago sports, hanging out with his dog, and trying new restaurants.
