Biography

Matthew Senko is a strategic litigator who approaches legal challenges with the mindset of a systems architect. He understands that in high-stakes commercial disputes, a thorough understanding of the law must be paired with technical literacy and operational efficiency to secure the best ROI for the client. Based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Matthew serves as a critical bridge for the firm’s Midwest presence, representing financial institutions and corporate clients in federal and state courts.

Matthew believes that the best defense is a rigorous, data-driven offense. As a former Commercial Court Law Clerk, he possesses a unique “decision-maker’s perspective” having analyzed over 200 complex commercial cases from behind the bench. This experience allows him to craft arguments that resonate with judges, focusing on statutory precision and clear governance.

In his practice, Matthew combines traditional advocacy with modern technical proficiency. Unlike many attorneys, he holds CompTIA A+ and Security+ certifications, giving him a distinct advantage in matters involving data privacy, cybersecurity, and complex eDiscovery. He has a proven track record of deconstructing complex issues to identify root causes. Whether navigating UCC disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, or breach of contract claims, Matthew focuses on minimizing risk and maximizing control for his clients.

Outside of the courtroom, Matthew is a dedicated maker. He views the act of building – whether fabricating custom woodwork or developing code – as an extension of his problem-solving mindset. He applies the same structural logic to these handcrafted projects as he does to his case strategy. He is also an active voice in his community, having published opinion editorials on topics of civic duty and public policy.

He resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with his wife and their son.
